Ruben Chaumont is the Founder & CEO of Intentional Work Communities Inc., a consulting company that helps organizations develop company cultures that unleash the full potential of their employees. He is an expert in the field of Positive Organizational Psychology and has consulted for corporations from multiple sectors in Europe and Asia. His interventions are focused on helping CEOs and Executives use the latest discoveries of Positive Organizational Psychology to fuel workplace performance by increasing engagement, productivity, creativity, and synergy. He has been involved in research projects with world-class institutions (University of Pennsylvania, Lancaster University) and scholars (Cary Cooper, elected the most influential thinker in Human Resources Management in the UK in 2014). He is also a Trainer for CEOs and Executives at the De La Salle University – Center for Professional Development in Business.
