Ms. Benedicta M. Alipao (Ditas)
Country Manager – GE POWER DIGITAL
Ms. Ditas Alipao joined GE in June 2011 as Country Product Manager in GE Lighting to oversee overall product, pricing and marketing initiatives of GE lighting business in the Philippines aligned with the Asia Pacific (APAC) team. Just over 6 months into her role with GE, she successfully built and launched the first GE Lighting Solutions Center in the Philippines showcasing the latest of GE’s world class solutions in lighting, and have significantly contributed to LED growth of Philippines winning mega projects. She assumed the role of ASEAN Commercial Operations Leader in 2014, and successfully collaborated within the matrixed team for growth performance in the region.
With the introduction of GE Digital globally in 2016 and expanding commercially in APAC, she then joined GE Digital overseeing Philippines last November, and now focusing on the power sector under Power Digital in April to promote and oversee its growth while enabling companies in power and energy sector to digitize their operations in IIOT space.
Ditas has over 15 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Management and Sales Operations with her past roles in Kodak, managed overall Sales Operations, led various Sales teams, gained new businesses, and opened new channels. She was Business Development Manager and Country Program Manager with over 500 franchise network during her time.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Philippines-Diliman, School of Economics
