U.S. Firm (USF) (includes voting rights) This membership is available only to corporations, partnerships, proprietorships, and other business organizations and enterprises (herein referred to as "firm" or "firms"), which are registered and qualified to do business in the Philippines, with 30% or more of the ownership held by American citizens and/or corporations. In a partnership, the American partner or partners must have a share of interest of 30% or more. In the case of non-stock corporations and un-incorporated associations, at least 30% of the voting members must be Americans. In this classification, member firms shall be represented by an indiviidual duly accredited to the Chamber by the firm. This individual representative must rank among the senior executives of the firm but may not necessarily be an American citizen. Types Entrance Fees Annual Dues U.S. Firm "A" (Parent's Gross Revenue = US$3 million and above) $150 $995 U.S. Firm "B" (Parent's Gross Revenue = less than US$3 million) $75 $625 U.S. Individual (USI) This membership is available only to: (1) individual persons (voting) residing in the Philippines who are American citizens and who are not eligible for membership under any other membership classifications; (2) Additional Individuals (non-voting) - persons residing in the Philippines who are American citizens and are employed by a firm currently holding U.S. Firm membership. Types Entrance Fees Annual Dues U.S. Individual (Non-voting) $50 $475 U.S. Individual (Voting) $75 $625 Non-U.S. Firm (NUSF) (non-voting) This membership is available only to firms that are qualified to do business in the Philippines, and in which 71% or more of the ownership is held by citizens or corporations of countries other than the United States. A duly accredited representative must rank among the senior executives of the firm and may be of any nationality or citizenship. Types Entrance Fees Annual Dues Non-U.S. Firm (Non-voting) $75 $595 Non-U.S. Individual (NUSI) (non-voting) This membership is available only to individuals residing in the Philippines who are citizens of countries other than the United States and who are not eligible for membership under any other membership classifications. Types Entrance Fees Annual Dues Non-U.S. Individual (Non-voting) $50 $475 Government and Non-Profit (GNP) (non-voting) This membership is available only to: (1) Non-profit, charitable, civic, educational, religious and eleemosynary organizations, associations and institutions in the Philippines. Such membership shall be represented by persons duly accredited by the organizations described above; (2) Individuals residing in the Philippines who are spouses of duly accredited representatives of regular member firms and spouses of duly accredited representatives of organizations described in (1) above; (3) Employees of the U.S. Federal Government.
